Now for a little background on how we came this far over the past years. It all started with a young entrepreneur with hopes and dreams to start his own business but lacked the investments. After months of hard work and finesse, this young entrepreneur was able to scrape together enough capital to begin the life-long journey as a businessman. He started a small business in Auckland that served only a handful of customers with a slim array of products to offer. He had to be the CEO, the salesman, the janitor and the manager all by himself since he barely had enough to pay employees. By facing the everyday struggles of a single-handedly run business, this entrepreneur became demotivated and considered shutting down. But as luck had it, he began to make sales and the simple joy in the customer's’ faces is what fueled his passion for selling. His business soon grew and he expanded his array of products to steal more of the market shares and create a company now known as Pioneer Retail. As a small business, Pioneer Retail knew the value and significance of customer service. So, we made a promise to ourselves that if we succeed to meet our goals, we will never let the growth tamper our quality service because we value our customers far too much. Our distinctive competency was always the great customer service and affordable prices and soon enough we became a threat to other large companies. We thought, why stop there?
